We appreciated how the activities encouraged us to step outside our comfort zones. Through team-building exercises and group discussions, we learned to listen more attentively, work more collaboratively, and recognize that leadership is not about being at the center, but about uplifting others. Each session challenged us to think about the responsibility that comes with influence and the importance of leading with empathy and purpose.
What inspired us most was the sense of belonging to something bigger. Meeting fellow Bosconian leaders from other schools reminded us that we are part of a larger mission — to embody the values of Don Bosco and bring them into our own contexts. This unity strengthened our drive to serve and lead with humility.
As the host school, we felt honored to welcome young leaders from each Don Bosco setting across the North Province of Luzon. More than just organizing, it gave us the chance to live out the Salesian spirit of hospitality, service, and joy. The experience affirmed our own growth as leaders and motivated us to continue creating spaces where others can learn, connect, and be inspired.
